My Homez established an 'in house' maintenance department, in order to maintain a high standard of accommodation. The department also assists landlords with their. legal obligations.

My Homez pride themselves in their fast and efficient procedures to deal with maintenance problems. Call our office and register and report on line any maintenance issues.

 

What do I do if I have a maintenance problem?

If you are in a My Homez managed property you should report the problem on line or contact us as soon as possible. The call out will be logged and in turn My Homez will liaise with the landlord and organize an initial visit to asses the works required. You will then be contacted and a time allocated for when the problem will be attended.

 

When can I expect someone to attend to the problem?

Once you have registered you maintenance query it will be assessed as to the response time required for that problem. For example if there is a water leak or gas leak, then this is considered a priority and someone will call to attend these matters within a few hours. If the query is relating to a broken door handle, the time allocated to repair this will be deemed less urgent but you will be given a specified repair.
